Shirley Ann Rose

Rose, Shirley Ann MELROSE Shirley Ann Rose, 50, of Melrose, passed away suddenly at her residence on July 25, 2018. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of Shirley Stewart Corrigan of Troy and the late Robert Corrigan. Shirley was a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College in Troy and was employed for 25 years as a contract management specialist for New York State Division of Family Services. She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Rose of Melrose; and was the mother of Jeanette (Ross) Rose of Melrose and Sandi (Alex) Rose of Watervliet. Grandmother of Amberley McCune of Melrose; sister of Jean DiBela of Rensselaer, Betty Corrigan of Watervliet, Margaret Corrigan of Troy and the late Sharon Corrigan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held on Sunday at 6 p.m. at The John H. Clinton Funeral Home Inc., 336 Third St., Troy with Deacon Charles Wojton, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 until 6 p.m.
