William J. Roach

Wynantskill-William J. Roach, 92 of St. Jude Apartments on Dana Avenue, died October 28, 2019.

Born in Albany, he was the son of William and Besse Roach and the loving husband to the late Elizabeth Pasinella Roach who died in 2005.

William served in the United States Army, he worked for the New York Telephone Company as a garage mechanic.

William was a member of the Colonie Elks #2192, the American Legion Post 1489 in Wynantskill and the Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 15033.

He is survived by his brother in law Robert (Flora) Pasinella, his loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, father and wife Elizabeth, William was predeceased by his infant children Mary Elizabeth Roach and William Michael Roach.

Family and friends are invited to funeral mass at 9:30 am on Saturday November 2, 2019 at St. Jude the Apostle Church 43 Brookside Ave, Wynantskill. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
